Over the past month, I have bought 2 previous mice, both basically cheap and nasty, but the reviews stated they were great (so I guess these people have never used a professional mouse before?) but they were terrible. I have worked in IT and Design for over 30 years and this is the best mouse I have ever used.The Logitech M720 Triathlon medium mouse is totally fantastic. I have large hands and it fits perfectly and feels very comfortable. There is a slight learning curve with the mouse wheel in speed mode, but you can change this via the middle button if it's too fast or too precise for you. And when I say precise, I mean the scroll wheel is amazingly touch sensitive, so it takes a little getting used to, but one you do, no other mouse compares with this. You can also change the sensitivity and whether it's smooth scrolling or not by using Logitech Options free software. Here you can also program all of the 8 buttons to do what you want, and also you can set application specific actions for when you're using an application.Using the mouse on any surface is amazingly smooth with zero drag. It has a hibernation option which saves the battery and comes alive as son as you move it with no delay. It has a hidden button at the bottom which is great, I set mine as the middle click and I love it. Oh, and unlike most desktop mice, it has a power on and off button that you only see usually in mobile mice.The Multi-PC/Device support works a treat and you can set up Logitech Flow, which means that if you have another device like another PC or Laptop, when you move away from the edge of last monitor, it automatically moves the mouse to the other device, without having to select the device buttons on the mouse. Amazing time saver.All in all, I give this mouse 10/10 and I may buy another in case this one ever fails, though it is guaranteed for over 10 million clicks.
