This kit is very good indeed and bought an oven that is a few years old and hadn't been cleaned in a good while back to pristine condition. The instructions are clear. everything works as it should (not tried the microwave wipes yet) and at around £20 is under a third of the price of a professional clean. However don't be under the illusion that you can just paint this stuff on to an extremely dirty oven, pop off and have a cuppa then come back and give it a quick wipe over with some kitchen roll and hey presto you have a sparkling oven! I also needed a scraper, left the solution in place for a several hours and had to do some bits two or three times plus use a lot of elbow grease! Conversely the oven did come up very well and after following the instructions to the letter there was no residual smell although I did run the oven for an hour at 180C empty to make sure before I put food in it. Certainly the best oven cleaner product I have ever used and the rack cleaner and scourer worked a treat as well.

I bought this after being unimpressed with a professional clean I paid £60 for. So instead the next time, I looked for something to do it myself, and thought £25 is less that £60 so worth a try. Love this oven cleaner! It really powerful, and works quickly. It's good for a deep clean twice a year, gets the racks sparkling. I wouldn't buy the whole kit again in future though, as I didn't need the microwave cleaners/scourers ect, so on that basis, I didn't feel it was value for money, But the oven cleaner is the best I've ever used. I was so excited to clean my oven. Which is a task I usually dread. I bought the set last year, and after a thorough clean, I've just kept on top of the oven cleaning with a cheap spray. I also found the rack cleaner, is probably enough for a small oven, but I have 3 racks and used almost the whole bottle on one clean, as opposed to the meant to be 2 cleans. I used the oven cleaner on the racks instead next time, and it worked just as good. The cleaners aren't overly smelly either, so good with pets and kids.

I used this On my mermaid oven trays and it completely ruined them, but I'm still giving this item 4 stars as it did clean my racks beautifully. The microwave wipes are great too

I've tried everything to get the burnt on grease and food off the oven shelves, this stuff is amazing, the cooker looks like new again, no scrubbing, just follow the instructions, it's as easy as making a cup of tea

After reading the positive reviews and the high cost of getting someone to clean your oven thought worth a go, and wasn’t disappointed! The gel worked amazingly well in the bags with the racks after a few hours, disassembled rack rail holder things too, like magic! The glass on the door took a fair bit of effort and a few goes, I also used a window scraper (plastic not metal blades) to help. The gel inside oven worked well as well, bit mucky to clean up but gloves and arm protector things helpful particularly for rack cleaning. Not used the microwave things or the sponge rack/bbq cleaners. Definitely recommended, give it a go before resorting to the professionals. I’d be surprised if you needed to after using this.

The oven we used this on had not been cleaned for about 10 years!( An old person living on their own,) we used the pack as directed and were totally amazed at the results, within 10 minutes of applying the jell you could see it removing burnt-on black carbon! The rack bags were just about instantaneous the black carbon started to come off within seconds of contact with the rack jell, I would recommend this pack to anyone who wants to Kleen there oven without a lot of hassle I will defanatly be buying and using this again, OUTSTANDING RESULTS!!

So this product definitely got the oven clean but I think if I’d have bought a decent oven cleaner and used a bit of elbow grease would of got the same results. But this probably made life a little easier so overall I’m happy with the item and it wasn’t too expensive.

Brilliant stuff, so pleased that someone recommended this item to me. It really brought my ovens and shelving units looking like new. Everything you need is in the pack. I was extra careful and wore a mask and glasses just in case.
