My dog hates this bowl. But she absolutely needed it. She's a super fast eater and would end up gagging or throwing up with how quick she ate. The size is great. We feed our pit bull mix 3 cups of kibble. It could easily fit like 1¹/² more. I love how I can adjust the height as well. The quality is good. Hard plastic. My girl pushes hers all around the kitchen and it still looks brand new. Cleaning it is quick. We don't use the top circle piece. Didn't see a need for it. After she's done we just pop the bowl out and wash it.

Product is ok. Very sturdy, easy to put together, the size of the water dish is good. The only down size to this water dish is that it doesn’t give you an area to just pick up the bowl. You have to literality put your hand under the bowl to lift it up(which can be a pain)

Works great! Was recommended by my veterinarian to get raised water bowl and slow feeder for my dog that was sucking in too much air when drinking.

We already use a large, elevated electronic dog water bowl, so I really like that it was just a single bowl stand, as many are designed to hold two of the same size bowls. Our dog goes through far more water than food. This came with the adjustable stand, two bowls: (a smooth, stainless steel bowl and a black plastic slow-feeder bowl), and a black plastic snap-in splash guard (I think it is meant to use with the water bowl). Our dog has a huge separate water bowl, but is a very messy eater, so I opted to use the slow feeder with the splash/spill guard, which seems to help minimize how much food gets on the floor and in her water bowl. The product is good quality and heavy enough that it doesn't get tipped over with normal use.

I got the slow feeder version for our 25lb, 7 month old lab. The bowl itself does slow down his eating quite a bit. The stand is too flimsy for him and it does not stay in place on hard surface floors or carpet. It topples over easily as it is way too lightweight and the grips on the bottom are not big enough to keep it from sliding around. My pup has to go at it from various angles to get all the food out which causes it to move around a lot. I habe to hold the stand in place for him to eat. Not ideal for for the intended use of a slow feeding bowl/stand combo.May be good for dogs under 20 pounds or dogs who aren't fast eaters. But again, this is advertised as a slow feeding bowl with stand, so I expected it to hold up for a fast eating pup. I use the bowl in a heavier stand that we already had and it's ok, but without the plate that holds the bowl down (only works with the stand it came with) our pup can pick the whole bowl up, which is not ideal.
