SCANPANCTX 20 cm Frying Pan

Normally, i get a new non-stick pan every year or two, since i'm yet to find one that doesn't deteriorate. But it's kinda wasteful, and decided to take the plunge on a top quality pan. Went for this, because it seemed surprisingly light and the quality means its razor flat, which is good for my induction hob. 7 months in, and the surface is just about as good as new - couple of scratches from my carelessness, but still works like new. Also still razor flat. Very happy and am confident this will last for a good few years. I use it a lot too - daily high heating.

I purchased this pan because I needed one that could go in the oven as well as on the hob. It is expensive but worth the money. It holds the heat, fries anything beautifully with minimum oil and is easy to clean. And goes in the oven as well.

Tried it once, seemed to be ok. Did the seasoning bit, but had to use a spatula to loosen the fried egg. Just a small amount of residue.

I got this pan because it's selling point is that it has a lifetime warranty. Unfortunately after using the pan for less than a year, the non-stick layer has come off. I tried to speak to amazon about it and tried to get a replacement, but they refused saying that I have used it for a year.Seriously, don't buy it!

Have been a fan of Scanlan for few decades now, quality product and it is beautiful. This one is no different. I am a little concerned about how to best clean the surface, as after only a few uses there is residue on the bottom and sides, if anyone has any suggestions please drop me a line.

Great quality

Pan is nice and heavy and works well on the induction hob. Seems to have very even heating. Time will tell on the longevity of the finish, which I why I paid a lot of money for a frying pan. So far after a couple of months it was excellent although only ever cleaned with a piece of kitchen roll or a soft cloth and no detergents and absolutely no dishwasher.This is an update after only 2 years and 4 months. The non stick is now useless and pretty well everything sticks so it wasn't worth spending a lot on this frying pan. I might as well had bought a £20 pan every year and still been ahead. It seems there is supposed to be a 10 year warranty but I can find no contact info on Scanpan's website other than a phone number in Denmark. Also most companies only warranty the non-stick layer for a year or two. I won't be buying another one.

At last the perfect frying pan that will cook 8 rashers of Bacon in one go, completely Non-stick and using only a smear of oil which I do whether it needs it or not, I have a smaller frying pan of this brand which I’ve been using on a regular basis for several years and the food still doesn’t stick, worth every penny, the pan arrived well packaged and a day earlier than expected, I definitely recommend this pan.

I have bought and used Scan Pans for years and they are the best non-stick and longest lasting pans I have ever bought. I bought this one for the cottage as the ones I have there are not functional.

Justo como dice en su informacion, es non-stick, no se ha dandado cuando uso metal en la superfecie, aunque tampoco me paso.

Bra, lätt att använda och tål att stå i ugnen.

Kann diese Pfanne guten Gewissens nur weiter empfehlen. Habe im Dezember mir eine neue gekauft und das nach fast 8 Jahren!!!Sie war bei mir fast täglich im Einsatz und nie ist etwas darin hängen geblieben. Im Laufe der Jahre ist das bereits meine 3. Pfanne undbin nach wie vor sehr zufrieden. Mit der kleineren Pfanne bin ich auch sehr zufrieden und sie ist bis heute im Einsatz.
