The delivery was quick but the internal shelf came damaged. Customer service was so good. I mailed them with pics of the damaged part and they send me a replacement the next day itself. There was no unnecessary questions. I gave 3 stars because the quality of the product is not up to the mark I expected. The holes and the hinges would have been even more perfect. But the basin and the tap was amazing. My concern was only with the storage unit under the basin. But u get the quality for what u pay. overall it's good.

I love this unit, it has given my tired looking bathroom a new lease of life.and the tap included is really smart and feels like it is good quality.We thought the sink may be a little shallow from the pictures as our water pressure is strong, but it is perfect and looks very smart.Great unit, great company.

comes already made up soft close doors and a inner shelf with a backboard which leaves enough room for pipework to be hidden, buy the waist and tap thats recommended for it. well Chuffed.

We have a small down stairs toilet and this vanity unit fitted perfect. fab quality, very well put together. if you buy it you won't be disappointed. looks very contemporary and modern. I ordered it and it arrived a couple of days later. The service was top class.
