I’m just learning how to surf so that means I fall a lot and this hat stays put on my head. Not going to win any fashion shows out there but it’s keeping the sun out of my eyes and off my head.

The hat only comes in one size but it was way too small. I tried it anyway, and the buckle broke on the first day of use.

I'm giving it 4 stars because it only comes in black, and living in Florida in the summer, this hat gets too hot. I surf with it, but I keep it on on the beach, or at least I want to keep it on, but I have to switch to my other hat to stay cool. Please make a tan or grey version.

I spent a week in Pūpūkea surfing heavy swell and this hat kept my bald head safe from the sun. It stayed in place during the deepest duck-dives and wipeouts. Wearing a surf hat may not be the coolest option, but if you have to wear one (like I do…) then this is the one to choose. Great price, great quality - it’s a must have for those extended sessions under the sun.

I always wanted a surf cap with neck protector. However, this cap rides too low on my forehead so it isn't comfortable.

I use it for surf, wing SUP at least couple times a week. Its taken a beating but keeps on going. The neck cape and ear cover saves me on sun screen costs too. No problem duck diving with it. I actually insert one of those helmet shells inside the cap for when you get hit by board. Overall works good.

Very nice quality product but unfortunately item is too small for me.!
