Fabulous boots
If you’ve never tried a pair of Blundstone boots then you are in for a treat. They are fabulous boots and as comfortable as a pair of slippers despite the fact that they are seriously tough. My first pair of Blundstone are now my work boots and they take a real hammering but never leak and are as comfortable as the day I bought them 4 years ago. I own a pair of Stout Brown as well (so dark that they’re are almost black) as well as having just bought a pair of Rustic Brown. All equally brilliant. I’ve never worn anything more comfortable (and I own a pair of RM Williams too) and they just seem to get better with age. I take a size 8 and they fit me perfectly. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Second pair.. SO comfortable
So I bought a pair of brown 500s about 6 years ago. I wanted something for casual wear, out at the weekends, walking the dog, down the allotment but thy would also scrub up. I dubbined the hell of of these boots and 6 year on, through hell and high water they have been fantastic. I can wear them out on a long dog walk one day and batter them, then give them a quick wipe and wear them as smart. They do come up big so I’m usually a small 10 and there is room for an insole in 9. My ultimate match is a size 9 with a superfeet green insole.Today I bought a second pair, some 1306 in brown. Just put some superfee greens in and wow.. amazing. There are for the office over the autumn/winter with the chisel toe a little smarter.I must admit, when I first bought the 500s all that time a go I wasn’t sure.. but I’ve grown to love them and now wouldn’t be without a pair or two. A truely versatile boot 👍

Aussie but Awesome
I had been on the lookout for some time and was seriously considering ordering pair from Trippen (germany). A friend from down under suggested Blundstone and after checking them out online i decided to give them try. The boots arrived well within the estimated arrival date (schedule said 8th but i got them by the 2nd) nicely box packed. Its been 2 months since my purchase and i'm yet to find any fault in the boots. The boots looked like stated - a nice rustic antique brown finish (i have attached some pictures). I have slightly broad feet and was expecting that i would have to send them back, but these boots fit perfectly. The elastic sides ensure that the feet can go in and out with ease. plus there is enough space for me to wear the boots with either cotton socks or thick woollen ones. I've tramped all around the city during different weather conditions (glasgow is mainly wet, but i did wear the boots on the few days of sunshine) - the boots have held tight and not let water in. I as particularly worried about having to walk through puddles but it doesn't affect the shoe the least bit. Another great thing is that these is that they go well for formal and casual occasions - from work to the bar to the dance floor, these boots do great in any environment.I will recommend to dry the shoe out after coming in from the rain and applying a thin layer of wax/cream over the shoe. Additionally if you wear the shoe on an almost daily basis, i suggest to use a shoe perfume 1-2 times a week to keep the insole fresh. These boots actually make me want to take care of them.I think I just found my new favourite brand of boots - will update after a year on the condition of the boots !! In the meantime i'm gonna make the most of the new freedom,

Blunstones v Redbacks??
Time to replace my Timberland Chelsea Boots - sadly the style I like no longer made - So looked at alternatives - It’s between Blunstones & Redback.. so I ordered both pairs - Sadly Redbacks in my size sold out on Amazonia ! Delivered within 2 working days - they look much better than the pictures, nice quality, good fit, slightly square toe which looks good - great with black & blue jeans imho - will be keeping as good looking boot at a reasonable price - as for the Redbacks - supplier told me they’re out of stock despite accept my order - However very pleased with look & feel if Blunstones- so will be keeping them.

Comfy wear out of the box
Incredibly comfortable. No breaking in required, got a great price on these with the “matt” finish, but as never had Blundstones before, thought best to give a go. I polish boots anyway to preserve and keep supple and waterproof, and after 6 moths even more comfortable and now a proper leather shiny(ish) patina. Ease of slipping on and off makes them my go to boots, saving lacing etc on my more expensive “better” boots. Waterproof, including side elastic. Only downsides, tread on the sole of chisel toe is shallow, not best for outdoor woods/mud walking. And lack of Goodyear welted sole means, when the sole dies they die 🥺

Weird looking boots!
These boots were a bit of a weird shape! I've got size 10 feet (UK) and ordered the correct size, however these looked massive on. As a wearer of skinny-ish jeans, they made my legs look like golf clubs!I bought these, having owned a pair of Blundstones in the early 1990's. In the next 10 or more years, those boots always looked the same! The oiled leather was amazing. The newer boots seem to have lost something in the intervening twenty odd years, and are no longer made in Australia.Disappointed, I returned these for a refund.

Solid work shoe
I decided to buy these shoes for work in a bar, meaning I spend most of my time on my feet, averaging nearly 25000 steps a day. Initially I was concerned wearing these in but the worries proved to be unfounded. I never had to break these in and settled into my work/life routine immediately, ending up becoming my go to shoe for everything. Admittedly, the grip on the sole isn’t as robust as I would like and having read up on the shoes history I expected just a bit more in that regard. As sizing go, I’ll admit I cheated, I found a shop that sells them in my city, tried them on and got the size right so I had no issue at all.
