Great quality and value for money
I had heard that these spiral bits were a superior cut, but this really surprised me! The down and up cut together means that the cut was clean on both faces and the overall finish was vastly superior to my straight cut flush trim bits.I've used it for about 20 hardwood cutting boards so far and it's been flawless with no apparent loss of edge sharpness. The cutting height is just a little over an inch and I'd love a longer version, but this is plenty useful at this length.Won't go back to a straight cut flush trim bit!

Serious Quality
Having previously used straight patern bits to form various shaped hardwood cutting boards and getting ok ish results around quality, I honestly don't know why I persisted so long without getting a spiral bit. The cut quality is incredible. The compression element leaves the edge opposite to the patern side literally sharp to the touch on beech, hard maple and black walnut. Only used it once so longevity will be aparant in due course but based on the finish alone, I would buy this again in a heartbeat. The reduction time of sanding alone made it a no brainer. If I'm being honest, I was sceptical as the brand name wasn't familiar to me and I couldn't get the required bit in a well known brand eg. Trend, Whiteside etc. Will absolutly consider "Sinoprotools" products going forward.

Worked great until.........
Been thinking about a compression router bit for a while, and decided to take the plunge (no pun intended 😜) as i needed a nice smooth edge on a project I'm working on. I bought this based on price if I'm honest as some compression bits can be quite expensive. In use I was very surprised to see how good this little bit was. Unfortunately, for some reason the locking nut on my router wasn't tight enough and I discovered this the hard way. Lucky for me, the router bit turned bullet missed me but alas, the bit is now two bits!!! I did enjoy using the bit while I had it in one piece, and I would recommend anyone who's looking at this to consider buying it. I will be buying another one 👍

Superb
The difference in finish and easy to use between this bit and a cheaper alternative is incredible. This bit genuinely cuts through hard woods like butter and leaves a fantastic finish

Four Stars
This is a 1/4 inch shank, and is a good quality router piece. Comes in a plastic box, which will keep it from any damage. It works really well and cuts through wood with no problems, leaving a nice clean finish. I think it's a little bit expensive, but it is good quality and should last a long time.
