Hynix HMT351S6EFR8A-PB 4GB DDR3 1600MHz Memory Module

I bought these as they were one of the recommended low power (1.35v) memory suppliers for my Compulab IPC2 i5, fanless, low power, silent computer. The 16GB (2x8GB DDR3 1600MHz 204-pin SODIMM) were at a fair price, delivered fast and came as a 'matched pair' in a sealed see-through plastic container. I broke the seal, clipped the two memory SODIMMs into the IPC2, closed the memory hatch and started up. No problems.I've not given the memory a moments though since then - until I thought I'd better give some sort of review. It works, and works well.From past experience of other manufacturers if it starts up without a problem, and runs for a little while OK, it should be good for the life of the machine - unless you physically mistreat it by, for example, putting it in a machine that can not handle 1.35v (the low-power SODIMM banks are then only fit to be framed and hung on the wall as an expensive piece of "art").Recommended.2015-03-28 Just noticed the much reduced price - they're now not just good but a real bargain

This arrived really fast and free from damage secured inside a purpose made rigid plastic box.I ordered this as it's the same as my laptop already has so knew it would be more likely to be compatible. It was easy enough to install myself wearing an antistatic wrist band.Once windows configured the update and restarted the computer it really has made a difference to the opperating speed and it's ability to multi task.Really happy...

I use Lenovo Thinkpads x230's, therefore installation is as easy as inserting a new SIM or memory card. No complaints from me.

Brought this to match up to the 8GB card that I had come with my Lenovo laptop.Easy to fit like most memory chips out there.I have had no performance issues with this and now I have 16GB in my laptop which is useful.I would recommend to you.

Does what it needs to do and does it well. I got these for my Asus Rog G751 as they were the same ones that came with the laptop.

Added this within seconds to upgrade my Asus ROG G751 laptop to 32GB RAM! This is basically the same type of RAM the laptop comes with and did not want to risk any voltage / compatibility issues. Working perfect and this is some serious overkill.
