really good one! a trick to mix well in a shaker is put one ice cube and mix again. almost like a blender 👌

What the hell is in this?
I was going to return this, however they wanted to charge me for the return, so I just threw it instead. Firstly, when I opened up the package it had plastic type feathers in it, some sort of manufacturing fault? I've used this brand before, and this is the first time I've had some sort of wheat like scum on the top/bottom of my shake despite mixing it. See photo's attached, absolutely vile.
