Q: Are these comfortable for golf? The sleeve ones always slip down.

No, I wouldn’t recommend them for golfing. They require you to wrap them tightly to assist with a lift or squat. I’d recommend Old Bones Therapy knee sleeves!

Q: do these have the loop where i can fit my leg through?

No you just wrap them around your leg like an ace bandage and it supports the knee and gives you a little snap back in your deep squats or deadlifts

Velcro, they are real good, I recommended, material is real good I will give 4.9 starts
