Packaging lessons needed.
It was very beautiful originally. However, by the time it reached me, the head was broken off and lying on one shoulder and one leg was broken at the knee.It was not packaged with any support for a porcelain doll. There was one puff of plastic on one side......so sad.

Item is broken in 2 place, and not enough time to replace it before Christmas.

dolls head twisted way off to the side , there is no way to fix it like the picture
