Old school reliability
Enamel, timeless,easy, I have had so many so called non stick rubbish, but enamel will just not let you down.Our grandmother's knew their stuff.

Good, easy to clean, deep fill nostalgic pie dish.
My current bug bear is excess packaging as I feel I'm constantly folding up cardboard boxes and disposing of them. These pie dishes pass that initial test, coming supplied with just enough packaging to protect them.The dishes themselves have a nostalgic appeal to me, my grandmother uses these type of dishes to cook pies and I love the simple metal/enamel.The dishes are quite thin metal, covered in enamel. The economy of metal possibly harks back to a war time production when resources were thin on the ground. To me, this is not a problem at all as it makes them light and easy to store. Other more professional cooks might have an issue with the lack of heat retention during cooking compared to a ceramic dish.The dishes are deceptively deep. My initial thoughts were along the lines that I would need the mid sized one for the pie filling I'd made but my filling barely filled the small one. This is great for those who like a good amount of filling with their pie.The graduated lip provides for a good base upon which to secure the pastry lid.The enamel covering makes for easy cleaning, even with double baked on pastry and filling after I reheated the leftovers in the same dish.Great product, looking forward to even more pies!

Nice set
Great dishes but sadly the smaller one didn't travel well and was chipped in places. Not the suppliers fault as the chipped bits I found in the packing

Enamel cook ware
This is a lovely nostalgic collection and is good for oven to table. Very affordable too!

Poor packing
The tins seem to reasonable quality but are let down by very poor packing for transit. They come lose in a large plastic bag with a piece of tissue paper separating the larger tins. The small tin is lose and so got chipped in transit. They are stove enamelled so easy to clean.
