SOLID BUILD
Got this for my daughter for traveling. Once you put the freezer part in the blue container there is not much room left we managed to fit in three pens in the blue pouch provided the container its self is a light weight solid build we both felt it was slightly over priced for what you get.

Biogel bottle quality not good
Delivery is fast as received it on the 2nd day of order but as you can see in the screenshot attached to this review the biogel bottle has black marks all over it. It's required to keep insulin vials and pens of my 4 year daughter and looks the hygiene & quality checks part of product is not takens into consideration as it's important for medication. Also the the description says that we can keep up to 7 insulin pen which looks difficult at first sight.

I tested this with a small thermometer inside before I took it on a recent trip. Was quite impressed. 72+ hours at 40 degrees or below using the frozen biogel and only opening it once in 3 days as it sat on the kitchen counter. On the trip, it did nearly as well with 4 pens (1 Humalog, 2 Basaglar, and 1 Ozempic). Travel temps were in the 90’s, so I expected degraded performance. It was a tight fit including the bag, pens, and biogel. The thermos stayed at 40 degrees or below for 60+ hours (being opened a few times each day). By that time I had access to a fridge and moved the meds but kept checking the temp a few times a day. For the price, it does an amazing job! Highly Recommend. In fact, based on the performance of this one, I am also likely to buy the more expensive USB version soon for upcoming longer adventures.
