Vintage 1969 Matchbox Models Of Yesteryear 1-48 Scale Diecast Replica Y-8 1914 Stutz Car In The Original Box. Released by Matchbox in 1969, this fantastic 1-48 scaled diecast replica model features the 1914 Stutz in Cream, black and red and measures 85mm long by 35mm wide by 40mm high. This attractive model is based on the 1914 Stutz type 4E Roadster. It had a 4 cylinder side valve engine of 36-1 horsepower and the rear wheels were driven by a shaft. The 3 speed gearbox was mounted in the rear axle. The Stutz was to become a symbol of style and performance in the USA. Shop Stock Room Find. Mint Condition in the original box, the box does have some minor shelf wear along the edges and the plastic window is creased, but otherwise perfect.
