Q: How do you adjust the straps

Hi at the front of the straps there are small loops in the fabric to slide the hook in (the s shaped hook on the front of the strap) there are 3 top one is the tightest hope that helps

Depends on the size of total area. I’m a c but have a larger back area so I’m a 38 C. Prob the small may be ok. As you are only a 30 in area size .?
