The service was excellent and the product arrived promptly. I have absolutely no problems with the service from this company. However, this is my second replacement paddle in less than a year. My original paddle snapped so l ordered a new one (from another company). After a few months the 1st replacement paddle didn't seem to be rotating correctly and the basket was lifting up and making a very loud banging noise! Thinking that maybe l'd ordered the wrong replacement, l did some research and asked questions on the Amazon forum to see which paddle l needed to order. I was advised this paddle would fit my Actifry model (AL800040). However the first time l used it, it did exactly the same thing. Please note: l'm not sure now whether there is something else wrong with my Actifry, but at the moment l'm very frustrated as l feel like l've wasted my money TWICE!!!! And my Actifry is still not working correctly.

One bought in October once it gets hot starts jumping so decided to try another to see if it is a better fit

Quand l’encre de mon fidèle actifry a cassé après des années de loyaux services et d’utilisation régulière, j’ai cherché à la remplacer car l’appareil même s’il a 10ans, est impeccable! Cet encre s’adapte parfaitement et a complètement remplacé l’ancienne ancre. Elle est un peu plus dure à clipser mais c’est une question d’habitude et cela évita de devoir racheter un appareil entier.

Si devo proprio dire di un soccorso chiamato Amazon, dopo la rottura della lama mescolatore della Friggitrice Tefal Actifry ho cercato in diversi negozi , ma ahimè senza esito positivo, all'ora approdato in Internet con sorpresa su Amazon ho trovato quello che cercavo addirittura con un prezzo molto vantaggioso, avevo dubbi, si...! poi all'arrivo del pacco e pure qui stupito dalla velocità della consegna subito dopo pochi giorni, mi sono apprestato a provarlo (il Lama Mescolatore) e dirò che non esiste nessuna differenza dal suo originale, tutto perfetto e un GRAZIE ad'AMAZON di esistere.
