Does the spine spiraly bit down the back come with the pad. My notebook has holes to replace the pad

32 loose sheets (with perforated holes) comes in a cellophane pack. i made a mistake and bought the wrong size for my folder. The actual size of the pages is 148mm x 210mm. i used mine as loose writing pages, good quality.

Which punch can be used for this if I want to add my own paper inserts?

This seems to be the same system as used by Atoma and M / Arc by Staples - they are disc-bound notebooks. If they are the same size, which they look to be, then Staples sells a (rather expensive) hole punch for it.
