It is really good stuff! I feel the good quality and design when I hold it. I can tell HOZO made many efforts on designing this product. Weather from the materials quality, or the functionality. It’s a must-have tool if you work on interior design or appraisal or realtor. Very helpful especially in outdoor measurement.I have recommended this gadget to all my co-workers. Really depends on how you use it, the quickest floorplanning tool. 10/10 rated!The measurement works very well, this is the only tool in the market I can find that can replace LEICA. Very useful for renovations where there are no plans for the place.

So I decided to get this product because for my professions, I have to do room measurements on a daily basis. I needed something that was quick, something that was easy to use. From the video it made it seem like this product was going to do everything that I needed to do. I found out that this product was touchy. It’s touchscreen, sometimes doesn’t realize whether you’re swiping or your clicking.The measurement function that I wanted to perform was a simple square room, on the first attempt I found that the measurements were off. I made sure to follow through with all of the instructions. Placing the device nice and level moving everything out of the way that would get in the way of the corners I re-measured. The measurements were a little closer. I chalked this up to user error. As I continue to practice, the measurements got closer and closer I decided to give it a test of a harder room, like what you see in the illustrations, and in the video. My room is a square with a pull out, looks like a hammer, I attempted to measure the walls and leave the pull out for last. There wasn’t a good way to get the device to capture where the pull out hallway is.The transfer button to the phone was really easy to use. I was able to manipulate my image after the fact, but this defeated the purpose of what I was trying to get it to do, this was a big con for me.All of the other functions work really well. I would recommend it for those, who want all those other devices in an all in one. After fully charging the device, half way measuring through my fifth room. The laser dot was very hard to see then started giving me an error that the laser wasn’t readable. I had to exit completely out of the drawing that I was doing, losing everything and start from scratch.For the price tag, I was desiring a lot more. From the videos, I was expecting a lot more from the device. I guess I will keep on looking.

It's a very useful device with almost all the functions I need for my profession.The floor plan scan works really well for quick surveying and saves tons of time for on-site measurement. Although there was a slight learning curve, I have to say it is a really well-designed tool.Highly recommended for interior designers!
