This walker/wheelchair is amazing! Very sturdy and easy to maneuver. The seat is extra large and comfortable. The large wheels make it easy to maneuver even in tight places. It isn't too heavy and is easy to fold up and put in the car. I love it!

Update Company responded in a timely fashion via email customer support and has acknowledged defective frame and emailed me today Dec 21st of refund in transit. Thank you for responding but we need an imediate replacement or refund to enable us to be mobile at once; ASAP.I'm the husband; I am a 69 year old senior citizen with a bad lower back and my wife whom is also a senior citizen has suffers with (MS) Multiple Sclerosis which has affected her legs from knees dowm to her feet which has made her 90% walking mobility handicapped.  We use the transport option to go from our apartment down the elevator to our car at valet to go out to physical therapy, visit doctors offices, visit our grandchildren etc and to go out and about our daily life maximum 2 to 3 days a week.We also use the walker option so she can walk short distancees for exercise and to move arouund our apartment doing her personal chores of everyday life such as going to the bathroom, kitchen etc. Please deliver ASAP today a replacement or complete a full refund; you can keep the one we purchased  and take all the videos you need to improve your product as it's negligently made and dangerous after 3 months of minimal use.Lastly,  I never like posting negative Amazon reviews but will do so if not satisfied by a quick amicable resolution today ASAP..Thanks in advance for your time and kind attention.

The bar the foot rests attach to is in front of the seat by 4-6 inches. This means you are standing with the back of your legs some 6 inches from the seat. The person we purchased this for has to place the back of their legs against the seat to be able to sit. Cannot do that with this one.We actually ordered twice. The first one was damaged in transit. I was concerned that the box was covered in Amazon packing tape on one end. The walker had broken and bent sections. Had to get a refund and reorder instead of a replacement. Second one was in fine condition. Easy to assemble.

I had a stroke and can walk SHORT distances, but with this walker I can go places. It's been great to finally get out and be able to go. Sturdy and just a lifesaver. If you are on the fence, buy it. You won't regret it.

Really sturdy and bigger than I thought it would be. Has a wide base and sturdy seat. Would definitely recommend for a loved one.

Easy to assemble. Holds 400 lbs. Easy to use and maneuver. Storing this in a trunk or on a bike rack when at home is difficult. It wants to spring open. We tried a rope and a bungee to secure it. It was a fight but we got it. Going through thinner doorways you must go in sideways. It went over inset railroad tracks well. I would not sit in it to do this, push it yes. It was comfy enough to sit in when needed. It rolled over convention carpeting and outdoor areas. It is for larger, heavier people like me, so their were instances where areas were not wide enough to fit through. Food lines, doorways etc. The feet do remove completely if so desired. The handles are adjustable for a taller person. A total success. I do wish it would stay closed and stop trying to pop open.

This walker has a serious design flaw. My wife is half the weight that this walker is designed for YET when I used it as a transport chair it tipped forward and the only reason my wife did not fall out is because I caught her, this happed going across a parking lot. Then we went into the store and it happen again! THIS IS A DANGEROUS WALKER DO NOT BUY! Also when I tried to use the online chat to explain what happened it froze and I could not type in my problem…a little suspect if you ask me. So I am out $149.99!!!

The quality was great and arrived on time. But was way too big and bulky for me to handle. This would be good for a full sized woman or man🙏🏼🙌🏼🎶🦋
