I didn't send any paperwork. Go to your orders and click onto the order you want to return and there should be a need help with your order section which has return order there. That gives you a choice of ways to return and reason why, how you want refund and any charges etc. Check which options are available in your area before selecting one. You can print a return label yourself or even choose to print where you are returning it, I usually choose Hermes so that I don't have to print it myself. Hope this helps.
