So far so good
I've been very happy with this pan so far. I purchased after returning the Gotham steel square pan, upon receipt, seeing its crummy mfg., coupled by the complete lack of customer support, or even just a response to two messages I sent! This pan arrived flawless condition. Solid. Cooks evenly (gas), and clean up is a snap as it basically spray rinses clean. I've seared sauced sous vide meat and it rinses spotless. Not sure how long that degree of nonstick will last but impressive start. I'm not a deep fryer so, no comment on that. Pour spouts, therefore, don't really mean much for me. Lid does not seal over those spouts, but it hasn't seemed to make much of a difference with those small gaps. I probably shouldn't deduct a star for that, but I am. Very happy, so far, with how this turned out, product and cost wise, after Gotham steels poor showing.

The metal is too thin. The bottom is very thin and food quickly burns. I returned it.
