Keurig K-Express Coffee Maker, Single Serve K-Cup Pod Coffee Brewer, Black

I should have read the reviews before I bought the Keurig coffee maker. The plug is for the USA and not UK. I am just hoping that I do not have to pay to return the product. I returned the item 9 days ago and no sign of my refund. I will be insisting on a refund to return the item as it cost me £35 to return with Parcel Force, that was the cheapest option.

Why on earth would Amazon.co.uk sell something that cannot be used in the UK. Because I found it on the UK site I assumed it would be okay for use - nothing was mentioned in the specs that it would come with an American plug - my first hint was that it was shipped from the US. It was to be a gift, but now has to go back. You need to mention in the specs that it comes with a US plug only.

Came with a American plug and wrong voltage for uk use this item will not work in the United Kingdom DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM FOR USE IN THE UNITED KINGDOM

Why was the 2 products I bought have American plugs

Why sell a product on UK Amazon that can only be used in the US !????? NOW I HAVE TO SEND BACK !!!

Amazon'a hiç yakışmayan bir sonuç.

I have owned a couple of Keurig machines over the years so I am not new to the brand. But I love this Keurig K-express and how convenient it is. This is a nice looking machine and it has a narrow design so it does not take up as much counter space as other models. I like that this has a reservoir for water which is different from other mini machines. This makes it much more convenient to use because I don't have to fill it every time I go brew a cup of coffee. This Keurig machine can brew 3 different sizes of coffee, 8 oz, 10 oz and 12 oz, so you can have a stronger or milder brew with just the press of a button. As soon as I put the lid down and selected the size coffee I wanted brewed it immediately began filtering water through my coffee pod and into the cup. This cuts down significantly on the amount of time it takes to brew a cup of coffee. You can fit multiple sizes of cups under the spout in different heights, you can remove the bottom part that catches any spilled coffee and fit a travel mug under it without any issues. This brews a delicious cup of coffee in very little time and is super convenient, a space saver and a nice design. Definitely a great purchase!

Me encantó , súper práctica y todo excelente

I've been very happy with the Keurig K-Express Single Serve K-Cup Coffee Maker. It's compact, sleek, and doesn't take up much counter space, making it perfect for smaller kitchens, offices, or dorm rooms. The three brew size options let me choose between a quick cup or a larger mug depending on my day, and the coffee brews quickly without sacrificing flavor. The 42 oz removable water reservoir is a great feature because I don't have to refill it after every cup, which saves time during busy mornings. Setup was simple, and the machine is easy to clean and maintain. I also appreciate the Strong Brew button, which makes a noticeably bolder cup when I need an extra caffeine boost. Pros: Fast brewing time Compact design 3 brew size options Large removable water reservoir Easy to use and clean Strong Brew feature adds richer flavor Cons: A little louder than expected during brewing No digital display or programmable settings Overall, this is an excellent coffee maker for anyone who wants a reliable, straightforward Keurig without paying for extra features they may never use. Great value for the price, and it delivers a consistently good cup of coffee every time. Highly recommended! ☕️
