Compared to another TENS machine which I had rented, this little machine is great and not to expensive either. It’s compact and portable with a battery indication to tell you if it needs charging. Instructions are clear and it’s easy set up and get started. I’ve only use it a few times, I’m sat in a computer chair all day and find this a nice reliever if im having any back pain. There’s multiple settings and you can choose the strength you want it on too. Overall for the price and size of the machine I love it, I’m so glad I bought my own

I was given a TENS machine a few years back to test but it was fiddly and bulky and being all wired up meant I couldn't move about.I wasn't looking for a TENS machine when I came across this one but after a look through reviews and seeing the great price I decided to give it a try. It is smaller than most mobile phones and isn't mains wired so I can walk about whilst using it or just have it resting on me whilst sitting.It has many different modes, and whilst I am unlikely to use them all, there are many I do enjoy using. You can increase or decrease the strength of the pulses so there should be a mode and strength to suit everyone.Although I use it mainly for pain (Fibromyalgia), it also works well at relieving restless legs.My only comlplaint, which I did consider dropping a star for, is that the image in the instruction book showing what each of the buttons are for, is so tiny that it is impossible to read. In the end I took a photo which I was then able to zoom into.The little pouch that is included is great too for just popping it into my bag for when I'm out and about.

Bought this for my husband who has been having physio for back pain once a week for the last year. I was very sceptical and didn't expect it to give results but his back is so much better after using it. I tried the massage setting for tension back pain and I cannot believe the results. Highly recommend this product.

It's a nice small unit, fits easily in pocket and comes with a very good range of programs to cover a vast range of problems.I have taken various medication over the years for pain after a bad car accident and has helped a lot definitely worth getting.

I have had arthritus in my knee and hip for years , and often wondered about thee as cold weather makes it worse than normal, so decided to give it a go mainly for my hip , the machine was pretty easy to set up took a little while to remember what each setting was for as so mny different including Tuina, acupuncture, shiatsu, rubbing, vibration, pinching, foot reflexology, ear kneading . 16 in fact!, so it is really a case for me that I just tried them all to see what got most relief from and the kneading and rubbing for hip seemed best10 levals of increasing action mean that you are best starting low and working up as 10 is very strong trust me!This actually feels really soothing and helps my hip and my knee, I tend to use it when in bed watching tv for 30 minutes and ases it well so get to sleep better.Of course you can use it any time day anywhere the USB and puch make it totally portable if your going away worth taking it too if walking a lot .Really impressed so far with this it is a good option in my pain management and will continue to use thi for sure well worth it .
