I added collagen to my daily routine a couple of years ago. I have noticed improvement in mobility, especially when getting up after sitting for a while. I think this is my first time trying caviar collagen. I ordered the unflavored because I add it to my morning coffee. It is unflavored, but it does have a taste. It adds a mild taste to my coffee that I have not noticed with other collagen powders. It's not bad tasting, it's just noticeable. It dissolves very well, much better than my last collagen powder. I add mine to the creamer before adding the coffee. Most of it is dissolved by the time my cup is full. I still stir it. There have been no clumps at all which is very impressive. This is a bit more expensive than my usual collagen, but not by much.

I did want a college suppliment that was easy to take, and it's suggested you can "mix this in coffee or another drink",so I mixed it into my latte. What a mistake!! I used one scoop, and it completely overtook the flavor of my coffee with a very sour taste, SAS well as being hard to mix in, and giving it a foamy, thick texture. I tried to drink it, but just couldn't.Thus is definitely something you'd mix in a fruit smoothie- I cannot imagine it being agreeable in any other formula. Maybe mix it with strawberries, blueberries, and bananas, it could be less noticeable that way.I was really hoping it would be flavorless and more versatile to take daily, because I rarely if ever drink smoothies.
