Gift Box Wet & Mildewed
I purchased one of these for a 50th Anniversary gift in April. It was absolutely beautiful. I was so very happy with it that I decided to order one for a 25th Anniversary gift in June. This one came just like the first one except the box was wet, soggy, mildewed and stuck to the glass cross. I returned it and had a replacement sent. It arrived exactly the same as the one before it! I was so disappointed. But I needed a gift and was running out of time, so I threw the gift box away, washed the cardboard off the cross, and had to go buy a gift bag and bubble wrap. I shouldn't have to rewrap something that is supposed to come in a gift box. I'm not sure what is causing the moisture, but someone needs to look into this.
