This is one of the greatest things going for trimming tree limbs! I have a gas powered and electric powered chain saw. Both are heavy and unwieldy for small projects. Nothing beats the versatility of this great little hand tool. I have never had to change batteries while working a spring project. The second battery is at the ready but is never used. Powerful and Very Sharp blade. This winter in Northern Michigan was very difficult. We had tree limbs down all over the property. This year, I was able to cut them down to size while loading in the trailer which saved time and left tons of room in the trailer reducing trips to the brush pile.

Nice small chain saw with guard. I already had a chain saw that uses the same battery connection wherein some of the batteries had failed. This saw provides extra batteries that are compatible with that saw. I use them for trimming palm tree fronds and boots. It is fairly easy to loosen and tighten the chain. The stringy stuff from the palms has to be removed as it will bind up the chain on this or any other chain saw. You have to remove the tightening cover to do this.

Wasn't expecting too much from this, but have been pleasantly surprised! Bought for my wife to trim small branches around the yard, but when my gas chainsaw went kaput after a major wind storm, I had to make do. I wouldn't recommend this for major tree cutting, but I was amazed at what this little sucker would chew thru!!! Very light, and it's not terrible on the batteries. Makes me rethink my opinion on battery operated tools!

Only used two days, so not much to say on longevity, but it's a handy little tool at a very reasonable price. Used to chop up overgrown honeysuckle, and it handled it pretty well; mostly 1" or so branches, but there were a few larger ones like pictured (roughly 4") that it chewed through without issue. The chain oiling is manual (via the pump bulb on the top), which was mildly annoying, and the chain does need retightning occasionally (3-4 times per battery). The side thumb safety needs to be engaged every time you turn it on, so that got a tad tiresome, and if I ran it for more than an hour or so I expect I'd get a blister. The vast majority of the pieces are plastic, and cheap feeling plastic at that, so I'm skeptical about how well it will hold up over time, but it does make it a fairly light and maneuverable tool. The batteries are your cheap dime-a-dozen Chineseum type, so I also don't expect those to last as long as a $100 name brand like Milwaukee or DeWalt, or to maintain performance over years of use, but this is also about 1/10th the cost of a similar name brand setup, so I can't complain too much. All in all it's a handy little tool that seems well suited for hacking up small the medium brush and wood, and it's hard to go wrong at less than $50 all said and done.

Where has this been all my life! This is a great tool for a great price. And it comes with well appreciated accessories (e.g., full size phillips head screw driver, solid wrench, goggles, gloves and more). The only slight problem I've had is that the top chain guard has gotten a little shredded. But I'm thinking that is a minor thing and probably my own fault.

I just needed to cut a few branches in my backyard and this was the perfect size. The saw is not too bulky and is light enough so I had no problem using it. The branch was about 2 inches thick and I was able to cut it without a problem. It comes with two batteries just in case one battery runs out.

Fantastic Mini saw . I was able to help my HOA with the tree trimming of the entire neighborhood with 1 battery .its strong and reliable . Power is stong I highly recommend

I've never used a chainsaw before so it was easy for me to learn how to use it. I love how it came with everything I need it except for the chain oil. I also like that it came with two batteries and in a nice case.
