Excellent produck
Good build quality with braided cable media control buttons the surround sound is also good for the price point it is a good oneInitially got a faulty product but amazon replaced it and now its working really good.Rgb on it also looks cool

Sounds great but mic…
It’s a great headset, sounds amazing. But mix could’ve been better. When you start talking, there’s a second delay, the person on the other side won’t hear the first couple of words, but microphone quality is also great, it’s comfortable too!

Amazing sound quality at this price, software has hell lot of options to choose from.
For this price the product is amazing, it has good bass and its pretty much loud, you won't be able to listen to the music with full volume. Surround sound is amazing, after installing the software it works like a charm. Those who are unable to find the headset software please visit the Zebronics driver page from Google, open the page and on the search bar type ZEB-CRUSHER, download, tweak the settings & enjoy.

Worth for money
Its really good to use for gaming, hearing music, office calls & watching movies. If it has a detachable mic and bluetooh facility then it's a untouchable by any other product.

Mic quality
Mic captures the background sound, like i am talking on speaker, there is no priveldge of using headphones with mic.when i heared a recording it look like i was talking on speaker, although mic sound quality is not as bad but if someone is 10ft away from me, this mic also capture his voice.imagin if i ordered a Bluetooth headset and talking in street.even my 250 rupees eyerphone have better mic quality than this.I have used many time to talk in public, i should have also checked the mic quality properly earlier so that i can replace this product.Speaker sound quality is okay

Average sound quality with good build quality
Headphone sound is average but the build quality is good at this price range and the cushions are good. Also the software they've provided doesn't provide equilizer option and the mic catches surrounding sound even if you're clicking it'll capture it smoothly. Not recommended I would suggest to buy another one.

The quality is not good. The earpeice on both sides are delicately attached.
