Excellent
This alarm is great... It comes almost ready to use, you just need to set the phone numbers and connect to wifi. I do recommend before installing the door and windows sensor to check one by one to place it. This is because of the names, I didn't so thats why recommendation because as of now I cannot change the names. The entrance sensors range is very good and it calls you anytime the alarm is turned, the siren is also very loud.

Don’t buy
Alarm when off at different times especially Fromm 1:30 to 4:00 in the morning. Can’t be returned. Now I have an alarm that I can’t use.

Great Alarm System for the price.
I recently purchased a home and was looking for an alarm system to install at the house. My wife works from home so I was looking for an alarm that would notify my wife if someone opened any of the door or windows of the house. I am glad I found this reliable alarm system for this amazing price. It was easy to install and easy to use. My wife feels a lot better staying alone at home with the kids with this alarm system. The motion sensors on the windows work great.

As an alarm technician, this looks like a great for it's price and quality.
I worked in an alarm company many years ago.Upon inspecting this product it looked like it was a return. There was no plastic or tape on the box and the batteries are already I side the devices. Likely all the devices are on the OFF position.Anyhow that was my only complaint. Now for the inspection...It looks like of good quality. It has everything to make you feel secure. The control panel has a battery backup. Yes it is a backup not so it can be used without the power plug but for when the lights go out you are still protected. In order for that to work, you also need a battery backup aka a UPS system for your gateway network system, so when the alarm goes off you still get a notification or alert. The video makes it simple but the instructions is not for the less tech savvy. The siren goes on the last two ports in the back of the panel and the power cable too.Don't put it near the entrance door but somewhere in the middle of the house. You don't want someone to break in and disconnect the panel which will not allow you to get the alert if they remove that battery backup. You want the system to have enough time to send you the alert.Anyhow the alarm hasn't been mounted yet but I will in 2 days. With just a visual inspection and my background as an alarm technician, this is a good system for an apartment or a small area.I do wish it had one glass break sensor, that would make it a 5 star device.

Good
A little bit confusing on how to sync up all of the different sensors, but after watching the video was able to figure it out

Plug and play
All sensors were already paired to the device. It was literally plug and play. I haven't hooked up motion sensors but I'll sleep better after a recent break in next door.

only 1 of 4 door contact sensors worked.
The media could not be loaded. If you get this because you're on a budget or you just need something for a place your renting, this is ideal. I bought this for the latter reason, because I already spent enough on cameras, NVR, and a Byrna. Alarm was the icing to the home setup. Wife thinks it a bit overwhelming. Found a nice spot in the hallway next to a closet that had a light switch inside. Rewired things around and converted it to an outlet. Drilled a hole and fished through the power wire so that it would be 100% concealed. It looks clean that way. I'll probably do the same with the little alarm wire, because even though I hid the alarm wire it still may be easily cut.The settings show a wireless siren may be added, but I haven't found one yet. That would be great, because I'd install it outside on my front porch."Parts": as the settings refer to them, aka accessories. Remotes and RFID tags work great. The remotes work from inside the garage, pretty sure also the front yard area. The motion sensors are good too, very sensitive. I ordered two extra. When I was first testing out the setup, went to dinner at night. Had my phone on silent and realized the Smart Life app was saying the alarm was going off. I'd disarm, but sometime later the alarm would trigger again. Shifted the sensors around to make sure they weren't messing with each other's signal, retested both night and day, problem solved. Door contacts! or door sensors. Only one worked. The others, no matter how I try to open or close the doors, the control says the door is open. I disabled the door open alert on the alarm control at first, but eventually just deleted the 3 devices from the system memory, shut them off and replaced one of them with a cheapy door alarm. All in all an OK system. 2 stars, because only 1 door sensor worked and because they mention a wireless siren, but it doesn't exist, at least not in the states. Works with Google Assist / Google Home as you'll see in the video, but it's just as easy to use the remote or the app.
