The facts as I saw them.
Ideal product for price range 2 spare mops and instructions on use. The wringer bowl will not work while red lock is on, release this and pump the handle while on wringer up and down. Washing machine washable heads. Thanks to seller,but delivery was awful should use another carrier no thanks at all to Evri, next day delivery turned into nearly a full week although they promised next day until 3 hours before when they had emailed me saying my parcel was lost low and behold it arrived 3hours later without even an apology.

Good purchase
This is by far the best mop and bucket I’ve ever owned, you can spin the mop to desired wetness, the bucket is sturdy, the one thing I will mention is that the plastic head on mop feels very flimsy- I hope it lasts

Easy to use great value
Absolutely love this so easy to use and cleans so well and good on any floor type on a not carpet😂but I would highly recommend for any busy household

Crap mop, and out of pocket.
Mop didn't work, even if it did I don't know what the point of the spinning mechanism is. Also, had to pay for return postage! So, not only have a got a crap mop, I'm also down by however much it costs to send a large parcel, which these days will probably set me back at least a fiver.

It's okay, does the job. The bucket is not very sturdy need to be careful when moving the bucket around it would be very easy to spill the water out.
