Great filter and service
Purchased and installed Waterdrop undersink water filter system. Installation, a breeze. Only issue, when installing the filter after one year, we could not re-set as indicated on installation.Upon telephone communications with francea and proper instructions, the unit re-set and all is good...Fresh filtered water on sink tap.Again Francea provided Excellent customer service. Must note: I did not encounter the ROBOT telephone menu and typical transfers around the world to speak to a real HUMAN BEING!!!!! Went to a person.....DC
