I purchased this for my 20 month old grand daughter for Christmas. Her face lit up as she opened the package. Be ready with scissors as the stuffed animal was zip tied in several places to the plastic backpack. It comes with various "doctor" type items that she wanted to test out on others in the room. The backpack is nice to be able to store all the items although she wasn't interested in wearing it as a backpack, so she carried it around by the handle on top. This was a hit for a gift!

I got this toy for my 2 year old daughter and she loves it. The dog is super cute and it talks which is adorable. The backpack and all of the stuff it comes with is great too. She loves taking care of this puppy and she loves pretending to make the dog feel better. Very cute toy!
