After blender not working with frozen fruit. I was given gift card to replace the blender. That shows a lot of how the company cares about their customers

I wanted to like this blender. I really did. I previously tried another brand that broke almost immediately. So I bought this one even though I was skeptical that it would work for long. This one worked for 3 weeks with one to two times daily use. I always used crushed ice, fresh fruit, or coffee and tea mixes. One day the inevitable happened. I was going to make and ice coffee with crushed and coffee powder and it died. It just refused to move anymore. I charged it for 2 days straight afterward thinking it was a dead battery. Unfortunately it never charged again and I wasted even more money. Good luck. I hope your experience with portable blenders comes out better than mine. Back to searching for another longer lasting blender.

works really with as long as you aren't trying to grind anything really hard. Diet shake blending even with frozen fruit worked well with some crushed ice. And the usb recharge is nice to. Still working fine :)

Well, it’s a bit heavy if you are using it as a cup to drink out of. But makes sense since the motor is inside.

To keep your expectations in check, it won't do what you normally expect normal blenders to do. It won't crush full or even half size ice cubes. Objects similar in size won't easily be crushed simply due to the width of the blender area and the power of the motor.This is perfect for you if you're making protein shakes or blending Soylent powder but don't believe that shaker bottles break up the clumps of powder.If you care about the smell then wash your dishes as soon as you're done with it. Plastic bottles or containers to start to smell when you don't do that.

I bought this for when I travel, I have a smoothie every morning. I didn’t use it when first purchased, but went away for a week so charged it up at home turned it on (didn’t blend anything but wanted to see if it was powered up and how to use it) packed it, out it on the charger overnight where I was staying, in the morning I went to make a smoothie, it blended for 5 seconds then completely stopped and never worked again. Because I was saving it for when I travel, it’s now past the timeline of returning so I need to go through the manufacturer instead of Amazon to get a refund. Don’t waste your money. I don’t think it could handle much anyway to be honest, it’s build is flimsy and cheep

Blender does its job when it works, but it's incredibly frustrating to use. I use frozen bueberries nd raspberries, and the cup keeps stopping abruptly because it's too difficult for the blender to mix. After I keep pressing buttons after the 5th time it stops, it will finally blend because there isn't too much resistance.Another problem is that it leaks. A blender cup that is meant to hold liquid leaks. Every time I go to take a sip, liquids start dripping out from the portion of the cup that is twisted onto the base.Also, the cover meant to prevent water from entering the charging port doesn't fit properly. It won't press into the indent made for protecting the port, and when I can get it to barely slip in, it just pops back out. It's only a matter of time until this thing breaks because it can't charge due to water damage.I haven't had any problems with battery life. I use it once a day, and it has never died on me despite only running on a single charge since I started using it. That's a single star for the product I guess.
