The product itself was lovely and did what we needed it to do. The service from the sellers was fabulous. I was ordering on the Froday 21st Sept but delivery was estimated for the following Friday. I needed it to come by the Thursday for a wedding on the Friday. I contacted the seller and within minutes (not the estimated possible 15 hours) they responded letting me know that if I ordered before 12pm they would ship it out straight away. So said so done. I received the order by Wednesday. A very pleasant buying experience and would order from them again if needed. My one gripe with the product would be that it could be a bit taller. Maybe one more of those poles?

Value for your money

It okay for the price, the head is plastic and needs to be handled carefully. But so far it's been good.

Top was chipped, replacing was a pain as unable to email/speak to anyone. Replacement arrived and installed and just noticed it has small cracks appearing in the top too that are getting worse each day. It's not lent on at all. Shame as it looks good.

The pulpit is sturdy and looks very elegant. Easy to set up. It is light to carry yet it has enough weight to remain sturdy where you place it
