Awesome Bit
I've only used this bit for a couple months and only a handful of times, but it is fantastic.

a bit finicky
I had an issue with this router bit that I've never run into with any other. There's a little wafer between the bearing and the cutting bit that, depending on the the height, got jammed up on the work piece a little bit. I was trying to cut a piece of plywood flush with the edges of a drawer, and if the height of the bearing was just a little too low, the top edge of the plywood wouldn't cut, but rather would get stuck between the bearing and the wafer. It just meant more messing with the height settings to avoid, but it was frustrating. The quality of the cut and the performance of the bearing otherwise was great.

Clean cut
Works as advertised

Poorly machined.
Two sets of flutes cut at different depths resulting in a 1/64" ridge that needs sanding or machining with another router bit.I returned it and will find a better product.

Sharp, clean cuts.
Leave a very smooth edge. Unfortunately, will not be able to resharpen this style of rotating cutter. Will use this only for final clean-up cutting.

Decent bit, especially for the price.
Went through maple and mahogany with no problems. The worked edge looks pretty clean, not quite ready for finishing good, there are some minor lines, but much better than a straight cut bit for around the same price.Depending on how fast it dulls, I'll buy it again if I don't upgrade to a Whiteside Ultimate bit (about 5 times the cost).

worked like a charm.
used this to push a corner in a jig used for the arms of a mortis chair. worked like a charm. i had to cut through 1.5 in of baltic birch plywood and it worked exactly as it should have.
