Update: For some reason this b complex also made me feel hyperstimulated, just like the megadosed versions. Maybe that's just my body chemistry, unsure. It lifted my mood, for sure, but I needed to take a sleep aid later that night because I was so hyped up that I could not sleep. Sleep wasn't great, either, even with the sleep aid. I took the pill before lunch, so it was more than 8 to 10 hours prior to bedtime. I could still feel the stimulating effects the following morning. Just be aware when taking your first dose.I feel sick and weird when I take the b vitamin pills that have doses in the thousand percentages. I need 100% RDA, no more.Total cereal has 100% rda of b vitamins but I don't need the extra carbs and sugar.I wish more pill brands had these doses.
