I have gotten this because of needing help with teeth issues. It is easy to brush your teeth and get rid of your pain or discomfort. The price is worth it. I have no effectives using it. It seems to be working out very well. The view when you are using it is very good and not tasting bad. Seeing what you have in your mouth you can get it out and not swallow. The appearance is good 😊

This really works.My only problem is sometimes a little drop will fly off the toothbrush and God forbid it lands on your favorite shirt. Don’t use this paste on your precious jewelry.

I have a problem with plaque. Apparently I don't brush correctly or something, I don't know. I bought this to help with plaque and my teeth feel cleaner now. It's not a jackhammer type solution but a gradual wear the plaque away solution. I like it and it makes my teeth feel clean.

Since starting Keto, I have noticed that my normally plaque-less teeth have started developing an insane amount of plaque in a short period of time. I didn't change anything to my routine other than the diet.. Upon researching I noticed I was not the only one.Most recommendations include an at home electric plaque remover or the wretched plaque hook tool, both of which have been frowned upon by dentists and my teeth alike. So I searched for a safer option.I've only had this for 4 days, and used it consistently for the 4. I already had an electric toothbrush that worked extremely well, so the only change was the toothpaste. When brushing, I incorporate the circular motion technique to brush. My molars have always been my plaque hotspot, keto or not, and this toothpaste has them significantly smoother than I remember. I have also noticed a significant decrease in my gum's inflammation... I guess I didn't even notice they were slightly inflamed because they now look very flat, to the point that I thought my gums were receding. I then noticed it was because the plaque disappeared.I noticed some people mentioning that this toothpaste burns, it doesn't, but it feels like you took a swig of mouthwash.I am excited to continue using this. I am sure that within a month I will be at dentist level clean. My biggest gripe is the amount of toothpaste given for the price. This tube is expensive.

This is just regular toothpaste, nothing special. Mint fresh feel and smell. Small container looks appealing.

Great toothpaste. I’m not sure why, but my teeth certainly feel cleaner for longer throughout the day when I use this.No cause of sensitivity (but I also use another densifying paste). Nice mint flavor, but it does burn my tongue (like a burn of alcohol mouthwash, but not SO much). The texture is not gritty like, but very smooth.I loveee the way it looks and feels with the clear cap, HOWEVER, that is also the only downside for me. It’s not a flip cap like every other one I’ve ever had. This one is a screw cap, so it’s just slightly annoying to have to do that to use & seal it each time. Well, I’ve had some with the small screw caps, but this one is definitely quite bigger/deeper than those.
