It's not 10X10X10. It will hold three mags and it looks like the picture. Not 10X. Lay your three mags side by side and add a half inch. Can't find mine for exact length. Hope that helps.

Yes, It will "fit" any double-stack mag, regardless of caliber or round count. It's all about the circumference of the mag. This one will hold three mags side-by-side.

Will this fit Stribog magazines?

If the width of those mags are close to those of standard double-stacked pistol mags, then it may fit. I use this holder for Glock 19 and 17 mags. Hope this helps.
