Ticktime Pomodoro Timer
Firstly I recommend this item, secondly the silver Ticktime Pomodoro Timer is not the same as the purple pro timer. As far as I could tell after a lot of deliberation the only difference was the colour and the vibration function. I do like the idea of the vibrate option but I also couldn't see that there was a way to turn it off which could turn out to be more annoying than anything. While also a colour choice would have been a nice option. I much prefer the silver to the purple and would be more happy to put it on a desk in public. What I like about the timer that isn't obvious is the screen rotates and is really responsive. The biggest issue is the brightness of the screen. It's not bad... but still a little dull for a colour LCD and in bright lighting becomes a little difficult to see with the small size.'Great little timer and makes studying/working with the pomodoro technique a breeze. The volume on minimum is more than loud enough and maximum is very loud you'd hear it from the next room or floor easily.

A unique take on the Pomodoro timer
This is a unique design for a Pomodoro timer. I like being able to flip it to the preset number to start the timer, and the magnet on the back is handy to stick it to a whiteboard, desk leg, or fridge. Trying to set a custom time is a little clunky, and the on/off function could be a little more intuitive, but overall it's a great little timer for both productivity and activities like cooking.

Excellent and useful
Really great timer, works well as advertised. Easy to use, and can be quite useful for focus time and other types of timer use cases. Two reasons for taking away one star :1. The numbers on the sides are not in a sequence so you have to hunt around for the number you want.2. it's quite a small timer and the the digits on the screen quite small, comparable to a digital wrist watch rather than the lock screen clock of a smartphone. But useful nonetheless.

Long review, we like those
I can't use it while it's charging. The USB is where the display is (at the top in fact, so it has to be flipped), and also the device doesn't turn on.The two colours are not as visible as in the pictureThe battery I don’t know if it's going to last 500 days of daily use, also the batteries seem to not be replaceable, there are no screws, and it doesn't even mention if it's water resistant.I like however that I can start a timer just by flipping an object. it might be worth £2 a month if it lasts 2 years.Highly overpriced. You could buy a second hand smartphone and use it as a timer instead of this. I would’ve gladly paid £10 for an Android app. There are almost no options with this device. It doesn't connect to Bluetooth. The sound alarm stops ticking in 5 seconds so you can easily miss it.It's bigger than I expected, that is good. There was no film to peel off the display. There seems to only be one annoying ringtone. It's good that it's using usb c.There's no charging indicator. Only the back light flashes but there's no way to know how charged it is.No hardware diagrams for self repair. It's gimmicky. When long pressing the button for adding 5 minutes it takes too long and from time to time the screen goes blank for no reason. It looks like the case is made of metal, but it's plastic. You can easily start it up accidentally if carried in a backpack. There is no confirmation button so you can end up accidentally resetting the timer, especially annoying if it's a long timer. The battery indicator went from 1 to 2 bar lines while staring at the display. After timer goes off and the alarm stops, the scree goes blank. However, at the slightest vibration or movement the screen turns back on.Did I say you can accidentally start it very easily? Yeah. All it needs is a button press. No way to get this out of your house unless you use the box it came in, or you risk it sounding funny on the street. It's actually the same coating applied over the entire case.I wish the timer would go negative once it reaches 0.It's not clear when it's in standby and when it's off. If you leave it on the table for a while you might need to press a button, or you might need to shake it. In my case I've learned to do both. I recommend first shaking it and then pressing the button if nothing happens. The rectangular triangles on the side make little sense. Because there were costs cut for the display the rectangles have the same size and colour for 2 seconds (4 colours) as they do for 4 seconds. They also act weirdly for a time of 30 seconds compared to 45 seconds. In the video the coloured rectangles continuously shrink in size and it looks smooth. Not the case with the actual product. There's 20 rectangles and they just disappear one at a time. The numbers are the other way around - away from where you're looking - and they're not even in order. ridiculous. It's so small it sometimes rings but I'm not seeing it or hearing it. This means that I have to check to see from time to time if it's still counting. This would've been solved if it had an API, or I could've changed how long it rings for, also if I could've connected it to power while in use.The screen text doesn't rotate to be parallel with the table, even though I don't use the buttons. It's small and light weight so it can sit above your laptop keyboardI've put it on vibrate. A few hours later I've found it on silent. I don't understand why or how.the screen is dim in a well lit cafeIf you flip it with the display up to pause it, then you have to make sure that you remember when you flip it back to be on the same side facing up, otherwise the time restarts, and there is no undo button. After 2 weeks of having this device I ended up using it less and less, but I got comfortable with its weaknesses, and I’ll keep it.

Does exactly what it is meant to.
Not much I can add to the title. The timer came on time, and was well packaged, with clear and concise instructions.I Had to charge it first (there was a handy note stating to charge before use to get the most out of the battery life) but since then have been using it without trouble.I'd say the only downside to the product is that it doesn't turn on with a similar motion as when changing/resetting the timer (rotate/adjust) so you need to press the two buttons to turn it on which can break the flow. Not tried the custom time settings (it might be my OCD), but not sure how I would feel about the timer not reflecting the numbers on the sides) - Guess you could just think of it as settings numbers.

Neat timer but ....
Neat timer but fiddly to use and the alarm is not loud enough

Numbers facing the wrong way
Why oh why are the pre-set numbers facing the wrong way?? When you put it in front of you so that you see the countdown, the pre-set numbers are facing the other way around. So when you look at the number you want to set, you need to turn the thing around before tipping over - massive design mistake and messed with my head so returning I'm afraid. Really wanted to use it too and I liked the size being small and the colour etc but back to setting pomodoro 25-5 mins on my apple watch it seems.

It does work etc
Smaller than I expected. Only reason I kept it because I need to.

Great Timer
Absolutely love using this timer for timing out questions on exams. The flashing for alerting when the time has elapsed is superb for exams so I others aren't disturbed. The sound option can be toggled for different volumes and is sufficiently loud. Great timer all round for different purposes

Funciona perfecto, útil para administrar mi tiempo
Me gustó el diseño, tal vez si hubiera sido mas grande podría calificarlo como perfecto

DESPITE SOME INITIAL SKEPTICISM, I SOON DISCOVERED WHAT ALL THE HYPE IS ABOUT!!
I have to admit I was quite skeptical of this product at first, mainly due to some of the features this product was lacking that I thought would greatly take away from my desire to use this product. However, it wasn’t long before I discovered that those things that I thought would be deal breakers and severe limitations really didn’t matter near as much as the ease of use this product provides. Yes – – there’s always room for improvement in certain areas. However, that’s the case with any and all products no matter how good they get. I have found myself surprisingly using this product much more often than I ever would’ve imagined--it’s light, it’s small, it’s got great visual indicators along with plenty of sound settings if you’re into that instead of the visual indications—all the while having an easy to read display and being a breeze to operate. A unique, interesting and very adequate blend of form and function. Can’t wait to see all the great features they add in future iterations!! Also, it’s really cool because it looks like something that you would find that fell out of a spaceship and/or reminiscent of an object from the future!

Works well
Timer is smaller than I expected but that's good as it easily fits on my desk. Easy to read and comes with clear instructions. The display is easy to read and the clock is rechargeable.
