The Nature's Choice Hawthorne Bwrry supplements arrived quickly and in great condition-that is really important in the heat of Texas summer! The capsules are kind of big, but we'll coated and reasonably easy to swallow with to taste issues. It is supposed to be an overall immune support supplement, so hopefully it is doing its job.

I just started taking this so I don't know what the effects will be fully, but I was surprised that it seems to have an anti-anxiety or mildly calming effect after just the first dose. This item shipped super fast and I'm pleased with this item. I hope that it helps with my circulatory system because I'm starting to have issues.
