Need a few upgrades
Everything was good but the battery indicator is faulty as it shows full points and then falls To last point after a few metres . The panel need to be calibrated. Could implement auto acceleration(assisted pedaling) cutoff on applying brake.

Not worth time and money
First time having bad experience with Amazon on this purchase:1. Gears are different than actually shown. This is2. Chain got down 90% of the time gears were changed.3. Left handle was already torn when product recieved.4. When requested for replacement, got refund instead of replacement.This product was not worth time/money.

this one worked great until I left the motor alone. on second thought, even without motor, gears didn't do the job perfectly. 1st gear felt like I had to apply pressure to move forward. main issue was motor. battery display went from 4 leds to 0 in few minutes or may be seconds if I used it while on the road. when I charged it, 0 to 4 leds in same seconds time. of course I charged it for more than 6 hours before using it for first time. maybe I dodged a bullet since amazon gave me refund instead of replacement even though that was the only option displayed

Great for riding in local and cities.
The media could not be loaded. I buy it at the price of RS-21500, CHARGING TIME IS 4 HOUR AND BACKUP IS 25 KM PLUS. If you run cycle on pandal and accelerator mixed then you can run up to 35 km. I check it it work at new.

Wait for a better brand with a standard product
Worst product i ever laid hands on. Not worth the money,time and experience. Bought it with a huge amount of excitement and money but ended up with disappointment. The gears are faulty, lights dont even start and the charging experience was not that good. BETTER WAIT FOR A PRODUCT THAT HAS BETTER STANDARDS FROM A BETTER COMPANY. HERO REALLY NEEDS TO PUT QUALITY IN THE FOREFRONT.
