Great CNC Bit
I bought this for my Dewalt 610 pocket router, which is my spindle on my Genmitsu PROVerXL 4030 CNC machine. This bit cuts remarkably clean at 24,000rpm. The bit didn't come in a box, but was protected with a rubbery coating. It came in perfect condition. This brand and bit are in the Carveco tool database. That's the design and machine software I use.

Exactly what I needed for my project
As always SpeTools bits don't disappoint. Worked perfectly for my project leaving clean crisp cuts. Yet another reason they are my go to for my router bit needs.

A little pricey
I am always picking up new tools , and therefore bits, so I have a good variety and I could tell that this bit was a notch above other round over bits I have. Still I think the price of this simple bit is a tab high but then again maybe it is worth it for the build quality. You see, the real evaluation of this bit, and any cutting tool, is how long it will last before it loses its. edge. I think this one will do nicely but only time will tell.If you think you need to add to your arsenal of bits, and it is in your budget, then I recommend getting this round over.

Good quality. Good value.
This is a good-quality bit. I am a fan of SPETool bits. They have been working very well with my CNC setup and keep delivering good-quality cuts. They always come in a nice container and are clearly labeled so you can be sure you are grabbing the correct bit. **SPE Tool Pro-tip**... The labels are usually applied partially over the cap and square tube. Your first instinct might be to cut it with a razor blade. BUT, these labels are made on a nice material that you can easily peel up, and re-locate on the tube. Sounds silly, but this is FANTASTIC for keeping your bits organized. This bit provides a round-over cut. The routes were a little more involved to get exactly right, but once I did, the edges were great. This worked exactly as you would expect a round-over bit to work. The project I was working on was on a pine plank and the cut quality was great. As I was testing the setup, I also used the bit to make a pass through some MDF, and also worked great.I've only used this bit twice now, but I can say that my other SPE bits continue to provide good cuts after MANY uses.I am very happy with this bit.

Nicely Made and Packaged Router Bit, Use with CNC or Guide Bushing and Template
This appears to be a good quality roundover bit. When I saw it on Amazon, I figured that I will give it a try for some custom beadboard. My wife isn't thrilled about the narrow width of the stock beadboard pattern and with this, it will be easy enough to write a program for anything she wants and have it processed through the mill at work. 3/8" MDF is cheap enough and should do the trick. I'll report back on how this does for longevity once I have some material run. Until then, it comes with a good quality case that will keep it protected. I think it's a OK value overall, it seems to be a bit closer in quality to name brand cutters.

great roundover
this has been a great addition to my cnc workflow. i used to have to cut out the items and then use my hand-held router for easing edges - but now with this tool i can just run another tool path and it works great and perfect height.

Good quality
I have a few other SpeTool bits that work well for me. This bit is no different. It is quality made and works well for making pointed roundover cuts. If you are looking for quality bits that stay sharp and will last you a while then you can’t go wrong with SpeTool bits.

Great round over bit for cutting letters
Great bit if you want a V bit for cutting letters and script type shapes. Clean, sharp cutting edge.I used a 6.5 collet.
