What a brilliant clamp lamp! The goose neck and inside of the shade is metal, the shade and clamp is strong plastic. It looks great and is perfect for what I wanted - clamped next to me while I write and work on my laptop. It comes with a bulb already fitted and is lovely and bright white light, great if your using it for working. Be aware it is small, the shade measures 3 inches across but thats perfect for where I wanted it. Its small - but bright. Space saving, and really does the job, It plugs in and there is also an on/off switch on the cable itself. Great value for money and I would highly recommend. Looks great too and excellent quality.

Gives a good reading light and as there is no room for a bedside table on both sides of the double bed, it provides a perfect solution to my problem. Ordered at night and it arrived the next day. Excellent quality and service.

Did make an unpleasant noise the first time I flexed it. But it is fine now.I needed a clip on lamp to stop my cat knocking them off. I wqnted something that I could add things to if I get bored of the plain lamp.Its very good size. Nice and bright. I would defo recommend

Lovely crisp white light which I use to clip to my dressing table mirror to do make- up etc but could be used in all sorts of ways as a reading lamp or spotlight. Looks good and is well made. Very pleased with it. Would buy again. Good value for the price.

Great. Have two as bedside lamps, use to up light eaved ceiling which gives a comfortable evening light to read by. Clip is sturdy and strong although after 2 years in situ the soft clamp teeth stayed attached to the shelf when I tried to remove for cleaning.

Did not fit on the table I wanted it for. Then tried it in my room again it wasn't suitable. Put it down and when I tried ot again the cable snapped

It's OK for a bed side lamp. It was to bright when using for laptop on a table. Light shines in your face too much.
