From the packaging: Strawberry ingredients: Apple purée concentrate, Pear purée concentrate, Strawberry purée concentrate, Lemon juice concentrate, Vegetable juice (color), Natural flavors.

Q: Do these have Gelatin?

The ingredients list: fruit puree, juice and "natural flavors"

Q: What are the individual packets made of? Paper, aluminum, mylar?

They are like thick fruit roll ups but they square, they have plastic over each one individually.

Q: Are their any artificial dyes?

This is for the apricot ones. I believe they are all dye free. Even the snack gummies. Hope this helps.
