Great quality cable- so pleased with it.
Good quality sheath - very abrasion resistant. The cable is quite flexible for its current capacity (16amp) I have not used it at that current but wanted to ensure there no voltage drop at 5-8amps. There was non. Either my measurement was short (I don't usually make mistakes!) or there was a considerable extra - I think about 4m longer. The bright blue means it is easily seen lying on the ground. Good point when more than one person at work outside in poor visibility conditions.

Great value, just don't take it to the arctic
This cable is great value for money, especially since mine was cut on the generous side. I've used it for outdoor Christmas lighting and it's ideal. Overall diameter is about 7.5 mm. I didn't measure the conductors, but I'm sure they are the full 1.5 mm2. However, I wouldn't fancy using it in really cold conditions. It's not all that flexible at 10ยฐC, and at โ20ยฐC (I put some in the freezer) it's really stiff, although it didn't crack when I bent it. If you need something that's really easy to handle in the cold go with synthetic rubber rather than PVC.
