This is amazing! I have a long haired dog and plush carpeting. The hair would get caught in the rollers of my vacuum and I would have to cut the hair that was wrapped around the rollers. The volume of dog hair that my dog sheds on the carpet was a huge problem! In 15 minutes I can now do my large bedroom and remove the dog hair. I can then vacuum the carpet with ease to pick up the dirt and dust. The reviews of many of the carpet rakes said that the pole was not sturdy. I saw a good review for this rake and I was impressed. It is extremely sturdy and works well. It even came with 2 strong wall hanging hooks! This carpet rake saves my back and is wonderful! I used it on my stairs holding the handle at the height needed and also used it on my large bedroom thick pile carpeting. I used to go on my hands and knees with a brush! No more! It is so fast and easy. My dog has a large carpet remnant that he lies on in the kitchen. That was cleaned in 2 minutes. I highly recommend this product from this seller. It was a reasonable price and it works great and is extremely sturdy!

This was delivered today, which was earlier than first projected. This item was well packaged. All the pieces were in a plastic bag with a zipper closure, so the parts were kept contained, and not rolling around in the box. There were instructions in the box, which were clear and easy to follow. Included in the box was a thank you for the order, and another card, to contact the company, should there be any problems. I found both of these to be a nice touch, and indicates a company that is willing to keep customers happy, with their products. The fact that the rake was packaged well told me that this company takes pride in what they make, and exercises care in how it is packaged, and has put much thought into this. Thank you.There is one slight thing that I would note, which is not enough to delete a star. I am 5'7" tall, and for me, the handle could be a few inches longer. At the same time, I realize that a longer handle would also put more stress on the connecting joints.Upon putting the rack together, I immediately tested this out on my carpet. This rake did a superb job. Where the carpet pile has been matted down from walking on the carpet, this was brought back to life, and looks spectacular. The rake did a great job of pulling up and out cat hair. I vacuum regularly, with a commercial vacuum, and it is obvious that my vacuum has not been getting out all of the cat hair. One the plus side, this rake doesn't terrorize my cat like the vacuum does.I only wish that I had this rake before I cleaned my carpets last year, as I was constantly gathering up clumps of cat hair, that the carpet cleaner was pulling up, and I had vacuumed prior to using the carpet cleaner. However, this year I will vacuum, then rake the carpet, before using the carpet cleaner, and this should make cleaning my carpet a faster job.A nice touch as well, is the company includes two clear adhesive discs for hanging the rake out of the way, when not in use.

It works as advertised! The rake pulled out lots of animal dander and ground in dust. I had just vacuumed this area and it was professionally cleaned just 3 months ago, and the rake still pulled out piles of dander and hair. The pile in the photo was from just a 10’ x 6’ area. I am impressed.I also noticed that my home smelled a little fresher after.My only complaint is that the pole, while easy to assemble, also loosens up easily. I had to stop twice during this one section to tighten the pieces together.

Holy Bejasus! This thing is amazing! Rakes out pet hair and leaves carpet fibers alone! And I didn't have to apply hard pressure. I am going to have an old dirty wall to wall carpet shampooed professionally but I didn't want dog hair to be embedded into the carpet in the process. Plus, no vacuum cleaner will work for any length of time without it getting wound up with hair every 15 minutes. So I took a chance on a ridiculous-sounding pet hair rake. I thought this can't work. But it does! Works even better if you don't use hard pressure on the handle. Just let the rake do the work.

Finally one that really works. Put it together just a couple minutes ago and have pulled up so much hair out of my carpet. My hands can't take alot of strain or pressure, this was so easy to use. I love when a product delivers and this does, love the adjustable handle length and seems to be very sturdy. I look forward to a long and useful life with this rake, I have 5 cats so it's alot to keep up with....Thank You!!

Works great at getting the pet hair deep in your carpet. But this one broke at the junction of the head and the handle pretty easily. Maybe get a better built one, or just be really careful.

I couldn’t believe the dog hair it pulled off of my carpet. I have a great Pyrenees for an indoor dog. This tool is worth every single penny. It works amazing.

I have had so much fun using this. It is so satisfying to pull up dog hair that my vacuum missed. And it leaves my carpet looking all fluffy and fresh.
