THIS IS AN UPDATE!!!Due to an emergency, I'm sooo late updating this review...Shortly after my tree stopped lighting I contacted the seller... immediately they responded to my message... I got one of the kindest messages from them... Not only did they respond, they also replaced my tree... I was told it would take about 2 weeks... I received it in 4 days... That was the biggest, best surprise...I won't use it until next season and don't know how long it will last but I'm giving a 5 star because you can't beat this type of customer service... Thank you for your kindness, prompt response and gift... They are gratefully appreciated...This tree is really nice to look at during the day... Once nightfall occurred, it was absolutely beautiful... The ambiance of our deck and pool increased tremendously once it was lit... The reason for the 3 stars is because it stopped lighting... We charged it multiple times and it would only stay lit for about 5 minutes or less... Of course this happened after the return limit expired... I don't know what other options of troubleshooting this issue since the information is limited... This was supposed to be the highlight of my birthday celebration... I was disappointed when it stopped working... Hopefully I'll get some positive feedback from the seller so I can change this to a 5 star rating...

The media could not be loaded.  I wrote this review and never hit submit. But now I am having a problem with it. See below.This palm is the perfect addition to my backyard pool area. It makes it look like a resort. I loved it so much I ordered 3 more. Putting it together is very simple and no tools are required. But if you live in an area that’s pretty breezy you will need to tie it to something. The plastic piece that you fill with water that comes with it was not enough to keep it from tipping over on night 1. I have a black aluminum fence around my pool that I was able to tie a small rope around it to secure it. The ground stakes also included, do not keep it from tipping over in my area, South Jersey. But I love it so much that I still gave it 5 stars. Also I love that it’s Solar. I was also able to secure the solar panel to the fence with wire ties so it can get full sun. I put solar flame torches all around the pool and some solar flames floating balls in the pool, all also from Amazon.this is year 2 for both of those, no issues so hoping the palms do just as good. Oh, and my pool light needs to be replaced so in the mean time I purchased led submersible pool lights, also from Amazon, set of 2 and they light up my very large pool very well!! Feels like a resort in my back yard!***UPDATE***Mine flashed off and then on, wasn’t sure it was off thought maybe it was just me, when I walked passed the window I thought it was off or maybe like a blind spot or behind the window frame. Then I went outside to place third one out of the 4 I bought and it was definitely off. The solar panel says it has a full charge, the modes change with remote as well as the button on the panel but it will not come on. Very disappointed! I ordered a replacement today but I have to send the defective one back by 7/29/23. Today is 7/22/23. You only get a 30 day return window. It was nice while it lasted, 3 weeks and I don’t think I put it together as soon as I got it, so, very little working time. Also, no opportunity to talk to the seller! Truly disappointed! I still have 1 more to put together and place to complete my pool area. Feels like a waste of time at this point.**ANOTHER UPDATE**2nd one is now not working! DO NOT BUT THIS PRODUCT! Unless you’re looking for a temporarily beautiful back yard! Lucky if it lasts 30 days!**UPDATE #3**The second one that went out came on but only every other light it lit. It looks so shoddy! I can not explain how truly disappointed I am! My pool area looked so beautiful with these palms! But I’m in the process of disassembling the second one and hope that the seller still refunds me. I was not able to package and get it to UPS by the specified date. I’m a very busy business women. Which is why I’m so disappointed with this palms. My pool area was such a relaxing calm place to relax at night, with a margarita of course. 🍹I hope they figure out what the problem is and fix it! I don’t have high hopes. Never had any luck with the LED rain fall Christmas lights either. Since the govt made it illegal to manufacture and sell incandescent lights you’d think manufactures would have figured out this LED thing by now. 😖

What a fun led Palm tree in my backyard. My friends enjoy as well.

I bought this tree last summer but by the end of summer it had quit working. I was so disappointed but I sent a message informing the seller what had happened and in no time I received the nicest message from the seller. They informed me that they would ship me another one. What a pleasant surprise! I love this tree so was very excited to get it. Their customer service was excellent to work with. If you are looking for a solar palm tree that shines brightly I highly recommend this one. Love it!

Only used a few times and the large palm won’t light up.

Loved this tree great in yard lights stopped working please help.

The first one quit working in less than two weeks and I returned it. I was going to purchase another, but decided to wait a little while. The second palm tree also quit working, only now it's too late to return, so I am stuck with a solar palm tree which does not work. It looks like the solar collector is working and the connecting wires seem ok. It looks like the string lights which came with the setup went bad like the other one. Can I exchange this one for another or perhaps get a fresh set of string lights for it? Thank you... Jack Young.

I really liked it until it stopped working. Updating my review. It looks better at night than during the day but definitely a great addition around the pool.
