Good third party batteries for FujiFilm FinePix F10 camera
* PhysicalI bought my Fujifilm FinePix F10 camera in 2006. This camera was the first of a new generation of compact cameras using a new sensor design. Amazon sold it at 50% off RRP. I checked a specialist camera store. They could not compete with this. Its design, for photography of family on holidays and social occasions, is perfect. However, the digital zoom of this camera isn't very good at the outer extreme of its range. The optical lens at the widest, wide-angle setting exhibits a slight barrel distortion issue at the edges of the picture, but it's bearable. I stopped using it in 2015 and put it aside until 2024. I rediscovered it and charged the flat battery, and became aware of the camera again. This camera is still capable of connecting to a computer via a USB connection cable. You select the USB setting on the camera and plug in the data and charger cable, and connect to a power socket. These pictures and video files can thus be copied from this camera using File Explorer for easy manipulation with software of your choice. It would be better to get spare batteries in case it has difficulties in the future. The company I bought these remade, non-official Fujifilm batteries from responded quickly. The batteries are two in number. They were two-thirds charged. I topped them up and have them available when required. The price was fine for two. I have had issues with third-party batteries in a Nokia telephone not lasting as long as the official batteries. These batteries are ok in this department. The camera excels in Full Auto as the manual is limited. Regarding suitable memorable locations and events, I followed Stanley Kubrick's ideas of taking lots and lots and editing the best ones, so I took literally hundreds of photos in Full Auto mode. The feature of this camera is the longevity of its battery. It can take 500 shots on one charge. Then, I optimised selected ones of these with software. It improves the pictures and looks like a more expensive camera has been used. On my walks, I sometimes encounter walkers in the local park with very expensive cameras with very long lenses. Some people will not apply software to any photos they take. Even red-eye images. It's similar to a computer operator refusing to apply a spell checker, as it would alter the flow of their work. Photographic editing software corrects mistakes in images, like a spellchecker corrects spelling matters. I have used software to optimise the pictures I like, and it's both part of the exploration and satisfaction of modern photography. The software can, depending on your background, have a short learning curve, yes. However, being careful and diligent is great for improving these videos and pictures.

Wrong size
These are NOT NP-120 they are FNP-120 which are for Fuji cameras only. I wanted Casio NP-120 which are only half the thickness and 2/3rds of the length of these. Going back.
