Reflex Nutrition Digezyme Digestive Enzyme Blend Capsules (90 Caps)

Ive been using these for about 6 months now. And they have worked miracles. I was getting constant diarrhea, nausea, bloating, pain in my stomach and inability to eat any food. In the absence of a diagnosis and on a long waiting list for a gastroenterologist, I bought these, after some research, choosing enzymes with no hcl. Within a couple of days diarrhea had stopped, and nausea and fullness is much better..not completely gone and the pain is still pretty significant. But at least I am digesting some of my food, and not suffering constant diarrhea. I take a lot more than suggested. Probably 6 or 7 a day. But they work and it means I can go off my careful eating, and have a treat without suffering terrible.I advise these to anyone with stomach issues. They help my mother with her colitis issues too and have lactase for lactose intolerance.Update 2021. I'm still taking them every day at every meal and snack. And could not manage without them. Still haven't seen a doctor either, but these along side a low fodmap, lowish histamine, dairy free diet are getting me by. Worth trying if you have digestion complaints

I have been taking these tablets for around a week now and have noticed a difference with my digestive and stomach issues. I have been taking these in conjunction with natural calcium powder to help with acid reflux problems and feel they are both making a difference. I no longer feel bloated or have a sore stomach when I eat the wrong thing. I have so many problems taking tablets that don't suit me and make me feel worse, but these only seem to have a positive effect. Will definitely be buying again.

If I have a particularly heavy meal, taking one of these before the meal seems to help digest the food. However, I would caution against taking them with every meal as they had some unpleasant side effects for me.

I use these along side probiotics (one per day) and I have to say my stomach is sooo much better. Only been using for 2 weeks and its remarkable. I think I am still in shock! I have been battling a sore bloated stomach for a long time now and rarely have any problems. I have one of these after lunch and dinner. Probiotic in the morning after breakfast!

I think it did a great job for me. It helps me during my gut cleanse. I never tryed another similar product so I can't say if it's more efficient than other brands. I choosed this one because of the variety of enzyme I have in one single pill. The price is great for the amont you have. I recommend it.

Was a little dubious if these would work but blow me down they are brilliant!No bloat since taking them. I have also taken out my known troublesome foods apart from bread as a test. These for me have been best taken before my evening meal. No more sluggish feeling or bloat! Once these have ran out I will be buying more!

I disliked that the seal was broken upon removing the lid so I can not use as how do I know this is not tampered with? Tried to report but no option to do this! Waste of money so I don't recommend

nice product and they appear to work for me and ease digestion with a much lower heavy feeling in the stomach after eating certain foods.first product failed to arrive or was lost but they immediately dispatched a replacement that came next day.
