Gelatin is animal based, however that's probably the least of your worries, since this contains fish oil. So if you are looking for a vegan/vegetarian supplement, this isn't it since it contains fish oil and gelatin.

Q: Are these genuine Seven Seas tablets

Hi , the ones I received were . They are a fairly large capsule to swallow just in case you have any problems taking capsules. But otherwise a good combination of vitamins & oils .

Q: Who can take this medicine? I mean is ther eany age indicator?

I think its for anyone, but there is also Perfect Prime meant for 50 onwards. However, I don‘t think it‘s matter if you take this one and are over 50 unless there are certain things you are lacking due to age. Then that one might be better suited. However, I have also combined different supplements such as multivitamins and Vitamin D as that one was especially low. But I don‘t know what thto lowest recommended age would be you can take them. I am 24 and it works wonders for me. Hope this helps
